We want every order to feel as good as a fulfilling trip. If something’s not right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns due to change of mind or sizing issues, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at sarah.simon@mindfulwellnesstraveler.com with your order number and a brief explanation. If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or other solution.

Exchanges

Need something different? The quickest way is to place a new order and request a return for the original item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason. Items must still meet our standard return criteria (unworn, unused, original condition, with proof of purchase).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
